Dutch lawyers are required to take out professional liability insurance according to article 6.24 section 1 Legal Profession Bye-Law.

The minimum insurance sum for law firms is EUR 2,500,000.00.

To determine the scope of our services and the fees, we additionally enter into engagement letters and fee arrangements with our clients which we negotiate individually with our clients.
