Ottilie is an experienced construction and real estate lawyer (advocaat) who specializes in complex construction and real-estate projects consisting of tunnels, offices, housing, public private partnerships / private finance initiatives PPP/PFI and other development projects. She offers a pragmatic, commercial and value adding approach. She drafts agreements, structures partnerships, negotiates, advises strategically or litigates in construction of real-estate related disputes in court and in arbitrations. Ottilie is a trusted advisor in construction and real estate disputes.

Ottilie trained in a large law firm and was legal counsel for a bank with a wide experience in real estate, construction law, project finance and securities and commercial property law.

She publishes regularly for the leading Dutch periodicals Tijdschrift voor Bouwrecht and Tijdschrift Vastgoedrecht.

Ottilie specialises in (large-scale) infrastructure, utility and office projects, PPP/PFI, project finance, renawable energy (Solar
PV projects), commercial tenancy law and general real estate law. She focuses on UAV 2012 (1989), UAV-GC 2005, DB, DBM, DBFM(O), EPC, and other commercial contracts.
